Pros: Contact Organizer Pro is a contact management software. It is flexible. It is built up on four databases so that you can always craft out a specific solution for your own use. The component databases are a company database, a contact database, a log database and a members/users database. Companies database helps manage and catalog data about companies your contacts are affiliated with. Contacts database lets you manage contacts, multiple contacts per company and historical data. Log database helps you manage all activities related to these databases. The last database is used by members to manage information about users of the software. You design the amount of software you want to gather. For example you may decide to have main contact, business/account information, related contact information, history of all activities, contact notes and so on. The database designer lets you customize the component databases to your liking. Overall I is easy to set up and has an intuitive interface. While experienced users can craft out a specific solution out of the package, for the novice users there is a set of wizards that make everything easy.
Cons: When there are pretty sophisticated solutions available readily, a do it yourself package is not going to be very attractive.
Overall a nice set of features. The tinkering aspect could be interesting for many developer types. This is good for a 3 star rating easily.
